PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how Curo Clothing Limited, trading as Curo Golf ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit curogolf.com or buy from us. We are the data controller for your data.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, order details and any messages you send us.
- Payment details, which are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically when you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you interact with the site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and exchanges, and respond to your questions (to fulfil our contract with you).
- To send you marketing emails, where you have signed up or bought from us and not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising (our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with
We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run the business, including:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments
- Klaviyo, for our emails
- Delivery companies, to send your order
- Judge.me, to collect product reviews
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity, to measure and improve our website and advertising
We never sell your data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.

Cookies
We use cookies to make the site work, remember your basket, understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (usually six years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to ask for a copy of your data.
