Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, email us with your order number and the size or colour you'd like. We'll confirm availability and send the replacement once your original item has been received.

Costs
We don't charge any fee for returns or exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@curogolf.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
